About this service
Counselling on the recognition of foreign vocational and academic qualifications, run by Diakonie Hamburg and based in the Hamburg Welcome Center. To request advice, send the consent form, the online advice form and the listed documents; the ZAA then contacts you by email and offers advice in person, by phone, by video or in writing. Phone hours are Monday 10-12, Wednesday 13-14:30 and Thursday 10-12.
