About this service
A phone line for adults living in Hamburg who are in an acute mental health crisis, for people with a mental illness and for relatives worried about someone. It covers the evenings, nights, weekends and holidays when other services are closed: Monday to Thursday 17:00-23:30, Friday 17:00 to Saturday 7:30, Saturday 10:00 to Sunday 7:30, Sundays and holidays 10:00-23:30 (2026). You can stay anonymous. In a life-threatening situation call 112.
