About this service

Madrid City Council's social emergency service, part of the city's emergency network. It works 24 hours a day, every day of the year, and helps people in an urgent social situation, for example someone left without a place to sleep. It is reached by calling 112. A winter cold-weather campaign reinforces help for people sleeping rough.
