About this service
Madrid City Council's consumer offices: one central office and one in each of the 21 districts. They give information on consumer rights, process complaints and reports against businesses, mediate between consumers and companies and, if mediation fails, explain the consumer arbitration board or court options. Personal attention is by appointment.
