About this service
The National Health Service's telephone line for triage, advice and referral when you feel ill. Clinical calls are answered 24 hours a day, administrative calls from 8:00 to 22:00. Calls are charged at the rate of a call to a landline. A referral through SNS 24 avoids the user fee at hospital emergency departments.
