About this service
Citizen Shop with desks of the tax authority (Finanças), Social Security, the employment service IEFP, the civil registry (IRN), CTT and a Citizen Space, plus energy, water and telecom companies. Open on working days 8:30–19:30 and Saturdays 8:30–14:00 (some desks have shorter hours); closed on national holidays and on 13 June. Many services need an appointment.
