About this service
Free tenancy advice from the City of Munich for tenants and landlords of flats in Munich who are not members of a tenant or landlord association and not represented by a lawyer. It calculates the local comparative rent from the rent index, checks rent increases, notices, defects and operating cost statements, advises on excessive rents and mediates. Appointments of up to 30 minutes; interpreters can be arranged. No court representation.
