About this service

Free psychiatric crisis service for Upper Bavaria, including the City and district of Munich. People in a psychological crisis, and their relatives or friends, can call around the clock. Telephone counselling is possible in more than 120 languages with interpreters and in German Sign Language; where needed, a mobile team comes to the person in crisis. No counselling by email.
