About this service
Professional, confidential and free counselling for victims and witnesses of crime and their relatives, whatever the offence, age, gender or origin. Counsellors help you stabilise after the crime, explain police and court procedures and possible financial support, and look at the effects of traumatic experiences. A separate team supports witnesses on court days. Phone Monday to Friday 10:00–13:00 or Tuesday and Thursday 15:00–18:00 for an appointment; say in advance if you need another language.
