About this service
A tenant association founded in 1953 that advises members on rent increases, service-charge bills, defects and rent reductions, redecoration duties and other tenancy questions, in person or by phone. Membership has a low annual fee with a reduced rate and a minimum term of two years; legal costs insurance for residential tenancies is an optional extra. Check the current fees on its website. Appointments can be booked online.
