About this service
The Berlin Red Cross (Landesverband Berliner Rotes Kreuz) runs adult migration counselling for people already living in Berlin, including EU citizens, recognised refugees and third-country nationals. Counsellors help with residence questions, social benefits, integration and language courses, work and housing. Advice is free and confidential; book an appointment first, online or through mbeon. Offices are at Bundesallee 73 (12161), Neue Hochstraße 21 (13347) and Humannstraße 27 (13403).
