About this service
Every Berlin district runs open tenant advice sessions that all tenants living in the district can use free of charge, with no membership and no income limit. Advisers answer questions on your lease, rent increases, modernisation and protection against eviction. They do not represent you in court. Times, places and whether you need to register vary by district; the Senate page links to each district's offer.
