About this service
A tenant association with advice sessions in many districts, mostly on weekdays and often in the evening. In 2026 standard membership costs €75 a year including legal costs insurance for disputes with your landlord (€51 reduced; €43 without insurance). The insurance waiting period is one month, membership runs for at least one full calendar year, and the €8 joining fee is waived if you pay by direct debit. A Turkish interpreter is available at the Kreuzberg office.
