About this service

Berlin's multilingual hotline for international professionals who work or want to work in Berlin. Advisers explain how to get a foreign degree or vocational qualification recognised, which Berlin authority is responsible, and how to find work that matches your training, and they refer you to recognition counselling centres or job centre advice. Open Monday to Thursday 10:00–15:00; outside those hours use the multilingual web form. A joint project of the Senate, the Federal Employment Agency, the IHK and the Handwerkskammer.
