About this service
The City of Paris information line 3975 (cost of a local call) answers questions about city services and procedures; an online contact form and the 20 district town halls (mairies d'arrondissement) handle local services. A real-time transcription and sign language service for deaf and hard-of-hearing callers runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30.
