About this service

Free public service of the consumer protection authority (DGCCRF) for reporting problems with a company: shop and online purchases, unwanted calls and door-to-door selling, renovation work, telecoms, banking and insurance, restaurants, energy, housing and more. You can choose to inform the company so it can reply or put things right; the authority steps in where necessary.
