About this service
Call 15 for a medical emergency, 24/7 and free. In Île-de-France the 15 also gives access to the Service d'accès aux soins (SAS): when you cannot reach a doctor, a regulating doctor can advise you, book an urgent consultation, refer you to an out-of-hours clinic, arrange a home visit or an ambulance, or send you to the emergency department. 112 works from any phone; deaf, hard-of-hearing or speech-impaired people can use 114 by text or video.
