Mon soutien psy (reimbursed sessions with a psychologist)

Health insurance scheme for mild to moderate psychological distress, from age 3. It covers up to 12 sessions a year with a partner psychologist; you can book directly or be referred by a doctor or midwife. A session costs €50, of which the Assurance Maladie reimburses 60% and a complementary insurer usually the rest. A directory on the scheme's site lists participating psychologists.
