National federation of about 130 victim-support associations. Its 116 006 helpline is free, open every day (9:00-20:00 according to Service-Public.fr), and listens to, informs and refers victims of offences to a local association for legal and psychological support. It does not cover online property offences, which go through dedicated platforms.
