About this service

Enforces City consumer and worker laws, including the FARE Act on broker fees and the Protected Time Off law. Workers can complain online at nyc.gov/workers or by calling 311 and saying "Protected Time Off", with free interpretation; DCWP handles complaints regardless of immigration status. Consumers can file complaints, for example about unlawful broker fees, through the DCWP portal.
