A health care access program of NYC Health + Hospitals for New Yorkers who do not qualify for or cannot afford health insurance. Members get a membership card, a primary care doctor and affordable medicines, with sliding-scale fees from $0 and no premiums. NYC Care does not ask about immigration status. Enroll by phone (646-NYC-CARE) or at an NYC Health + Hospitals location.
