Evenings and nightlife

Mixed evenings

Restaurants and bars concentrate along commercial streets, while many residential areas are quiet at night. Check the specific block before you sign a lease.

Worth knowing before you move

Honest trade-offs newcomers mention. They are not reasons to avoid a place.

  • Rental vacancy was among the lowest in the city in 2023 (about 0.88%); expect competition for apartments.
  • Check whether the address is within walking distance of a subway station or depends on buses.
