About this service
Madrid City Council's network of 26 citizen service offices, where residents register in the padrón, change their address and carry out other municipal procedures. Padrón registrations in person need an appointment, booked online, through the Línea Madrid chat or by phone on 010. The offices do not give information by phone; use 010 instead.
