About this service
The regional transport consortium's offices issue personal transport cards on the spot (with an appointment for new cards), solve card problems and issue certificates. The office at Plaza Descubridor Diego de Ordás handles every card procedure; others are in major stations and interchanges, and those at the airport, Atocha, Moncloa and Sol also open on Sundays and holidays.
