About this service

Barcelona City Council's free specialist service, running since 1989, for anyone living in the city. It offers reception and general information, help with immigration paperwork, legal advice on immigration and international protection, social support, and training and job guidance, with interpreting for people who have been in the country less than two years. First assessments are by phone appointment; urgent cases are seen in person on weekday mornings.
