About this service
CatSalut is Catalonia's public health service: it issues the individual health card (TSI) to people registered in a Catalan municipality and organises primary care centres (CAP) and hospitals. Its 061 Salut Respon line, staffed by more than 200 doctors, nurses and technicians, gives health advice by phone, helps with administrative procedures and can send a doctor or ambulance when needed.
