The national tax administration. It collects income tax (IRPF), prepares the annual return draft in Renta WEB, handles the special regime for people moving to Spain (Modelo 149) and the foreign assets declaration (Modelo 720). Most procedures are online; help during the filing campaign is available by phone and in offices by appointment.
