Citizen Shop in the Mercado 31 de Janeiro building with desks of the tax authority, Social Security, the Lisbon City Council, the transport institute IMT (driving licences), Carris, EMEL, Gebalis, the civil registry (IRN) and a Citizen Space. Open on working days 9:00–19:00, with shorter hours at some desks; closed on national holidays and on 13 June.
