About this service
The municipality issues the EU registration certificate (CRUE) to EU, EEA and Swiss citizens living in Lisbon who stay longer than three months; apply within 30 days after the first three months. The City Council has a desk at the Saldanha Citizen Shop and runs the Habitar Lisboa platform for municipal affordable rent programmes.
