About this service
Public library with 31 locations across the city, including the Central Library at Oosterdok (seven floors, open seven days a week). Membership to borrow books, e-books, audiobooks and films is free for everyone under 27; you do not need a membership to visit, use the free WiFi or attend most activities. Some programmes, including language courses and events, are in English, most in Dutch. Printing and scanning are available.
