Information and advocacy service for migrants, including queries about immigration, citizenship and visas. Phone or email first with a short description of what you need; the team replies by phone or email, by video call, or arranges an appointment. Visits are by appointment only; office hours are 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
