Customer centres of the city's transport company MVG in the U-Bahn mezzanines at Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Help with subscriptions including the Deutschlandticket, tickets and fares, ticket machines, network information and refunds; barrier-free counters. Open Monday to Friday 8:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 16:00 (2026); appointments can be booked online.
