About this service
Hamburg's local customer service centres for residents (formerly called Kundenzentren). They register your address (Anmeldung), issue registration certificates, ID cards and passports, and handle some other services. Visits are by appointment only; you can book at any location, regardless of where you live, online or through the 115 hotline. New slots are released daily. Registration after moving from abroad costs €16 per person or per family moving together (2026).
