About this service
Local immigration offices for people with a lawful residence status (residence or settlement permit, visa, visa-free entry, EU citizens and their families). Only the office for your district of residence handles your case, for example residence certificates, extending a visa-free stay or declarations of commitment. Visits need an appointment, booked online or by email. Residence permits and EU residence cards are applied for through the city's online service, which also shows the responsible office. The 115 hotline cannot book these appointments.
