About this service
The online channel of the federal adult migration counselling (MBE). If you are new to Germany and at least 28, you can write to a trained counsellor through the mbeon platform or app instead of visiting an office; most messages are answered within 48 hours. Advice is free, confidential and possible in several languages. Run by the Red Cross, Der Paritätische, ZWST and the Bund der Vertriebenen with federal funding. Asylum questions are referred to specialised refugee counselling.
