About this service
Free help in acute psychological crises and psychiatric emergencies, for people in crisis, relatives and professionals; anonymous on request. Reachable by phone around the clock. Nine regional locations take walk-ins daily 16:00–24:00 without appointment; at night and on weekend or holiday daytimes a citywide service in Mitte takes over, and staff can come to you in an emergency. Call your region: 030 390 63 10 (Mitte, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) up to 030 390 63 90 (Neukölln). Advice is usually in German; other languages need some notice.
