About this service
The regional health authority. Its public guidance explains where to go when you need care: first your regular doctor (médecin traitant); if unavailable, a pharmacist, a health centre or multi-professional practice; and, in an emergency, if in doubt or with no other solution, call 15. Out-of-hours GP clinics (maisons médicales de garde) work on referral via 15. The ARS phone line is for administrative questions only, not for medical care.
