About this service
A city authority that checks the basic rent, operating-cost and heating-cost statements and other tenancy matters before they go to court. Tenants can apply online or in writing, free of charge. Written submissions Monday to Thursday 7:30 to 15:30 and Friday to 13:00; personal visits and file inspection only after a phone appointment.
