About this service
Vienna's residence authority. It decides on residence permits such as the Red-White-Red Card and the EU Blue Card, issues registration certificates to EU, EEA and Swiss citizens and residence cards to their non-EU family members, and handles citizenship. In-person visits are by appointment only. Do not send documents to the general e-mail address.
