About this service
The national tax office for individuals. It handles income tax and the employee tax assessment (mostly online via FinanzOnline), and family allowance. The hotline for private individuals is open Monday to Wednesday 7:30 to 15:30 and Thursday and Friday 7:30 to 12:00. In-person visits need an appointment, bookable online or on 050 233 700.
