Services Australia runs Medicare, Australia's public health insurance. Call the Medicare line for help with claims, enrolment, safety nets, a new card or general Medicare questions; it is open Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm and every day 7am to 7pm. Ask if you need an interpreter, which is arranged free.
